It'd be great to do some learning from the picks we make. What if a name from ireland is what I'm looking for but I didn't turn on the list because i'm from Italy. I can't turn them all on, there are too many names. But by learning the name patterns, you can propose names from all over the world that suit the sound you're looking for

for the pronunciation, you should be able to choose your preferred pronunciation once and then have it play from the screen you're on instead of needing to always click another button
