I need help with getting my fiance synced to same account so we can do the match tab but can't figure it out.

Make sure you both add the same email used. I sent request to my husband's email but he used Facebook to login which is registered to another email address .

The match tab didn't work for us, never paired identical names. We started using wunderlist instead.
