hi I'm having issues with syncing. did the email made the profile set her email address and name. is there a slow server issue going on? am I being dumb? what steps can I take?

I dont quite know what you mean but if you made the email and name you automatically made a profile. maybe the server is slow on your end but it's been running fine for me. I hope that helps and congrats.
