We are struggling to come up with a name for our second son. He is due at the end of the year. Our eldest son is Kai, we had no trouble with that name! We like more uncommon names. Middle name will likely be John or James

did you decide on a name? we're in the same position except our daughter is Kiah (Kai-ah) and its hard to come up with something that goes nice with it that is also a bit unusual.

Have a look at Welsh boys names for something different.
My brother is called Ioan (yo-an) and it means John in Welsh. But there are other names like Ieuan (yi-un), Iestyn (yes-tin), Iago (Ya-go) which is James in Welsh. Wyn, Jac, Tryfan, Llwyd, etc xxx
